The Erika and Conrad Schnyder-Foundation strives to give young people roots and a strong sense of belonging and pride. Our mission therefore is to bring about change and create positive prospects for the young generation. We are committed to alleviating hardship, empowering the most vulnerable and eliminating inequalities. At the same time, we are dedicated to preserving and maintaining cultural heritage We strive to sustainably improve the living conditions and prospects of disadvantaged young people. We achieve this by providing emergency assistance, enabling access to education, offering comprehensive social support and actively contributing to integration. In addition, we preserve and relay our cultural heritage by enabling a new, exemplary social use of buildings and places worthy of protection. As a learning and evolving organisation, we actively support our project partners for long-term periods. We seek dialogue with like-minded foundations. Our aim is to find and utilise synergies in order to increase the impact of our funding activities.
