Integration programme Fit4more
Crescenda is the first centre for business start-ups by migrant women. Crescenda aims to accompany female migrants into sustainable professional and social self-employment. To this end, Crescenda conducts annual education and training programmes and promotes women’s empowerment and self-efficacy. The integration programme Fit4more offers courses on setting up sole proprietorships and cooperatives as well as vocational training in catering, home economics, everyday assistance and care at home.
