Educational Support for unaccompanied Refugee Minors

The Futuri Foundation offers holistic, individualised support during apprenticeships. It is committed to ensuring that young refugees not only start an apprenticeship, but also successfully complete it and are thus able to integrate sustainably.

Refugees are often disadvantaged in vocational training for language reasons and due to unequal educational backgrounds. In addition, unaccompanied refugee minors usually do not have a network in Switzerland they can rely on. Careful training accompaniment ensures that professional and personal challenges are reflected on with the students. If difficulties arise, intervention can take place at an early stage.
