PerspectivePlus

PerspectivePlus is a dynamic integration organisation which offers employment and apprenticeship opportunities for young people with difficulties in the transition from school to working life. A solid education and successful integration massively reduce the risk of social exclusion and poverty. The goal is therefore a fast as well as sustainable integration into the working environment. The activities take place in the “Closel Bourbon” manor house in Thielle, Canton Neuchâtel. The manor house, which dates back to 1895, is under monument protection and surrounded by 60 hectares of organic farmland. The Erika and Conrad Schnyder Foundation is supporting the necessary renovations for the long-term tenancy to continue.
